Your data, explained.
Who handles your data
STEFAN SERBAN INVESTITII IMOBILIARE SRL, CUI 49663952, Pitești, Argeș, România. HIGH-UP ADS is our trading brand. For questions and data requests, contact business@highuplabs.ro.
When you contact us
The form sends your name, email, optional phone number, website, message and discussion context. We use them to respond and prepare a conversation about working together. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to our newsletter.
Your private space
After submitting, you receive a link to your brief, notes and the work we add. Anyone with that link can open it, so keep it private. Initial access expires after 30 days. Link expiry does not delete the underlying records; our conversation may continue outside that space.
Doza HIGH-UP
Subscription is separate and voluntary. We use your email, chosen language and consent record for confirmation, introductory messages and newsletter editions. Your subscription becomes active after you confirm the address. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We retain a minimal suppression record to avoid restarting emails by mistake.
Where data goes
The HIGH-UP ADS team and the providers needed to operate the service: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for storage and authentication, and Resend for email. The agency database is in Ireland. Providers may process some data in other countries under their processing agreements. We do not sell mailing lists.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to one year after the last contact. Records needed for an engagement, accounting or a request follow the retention period applicable to that purpose. Newsletter confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Browser drafts and navigation preferences are described on our local storage page.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, as applicable. You can withdraw newsletter consent by unsubscribing. Contact business@highuplabs.ro. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, through dataprotection.ro.
Existing accounts and engagements
Existing accounts, offers and contracts keep their agreed access and terms. Processing client data to deliver services is covered by the engagement documents.
