Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not automatically create a contract or require payment. Once we understand the business, we propose the services, objectives, budget and terms in a tailored offer.
Fees and the guarantee
Fees, deliverables and guarantee conditions are defined in the accepted proposal and contract. The first three months are paid. If the agreed targets have not been reached by the end of month three, our agency fee for month four is waived under the agreed conditions. Advertising spend remains separate. The agreed fee stays fixed throughout the engagement.
Projects and outcomes
The portfolio describes contributions and observations from projects while protecting client identities. Illustrative examples are distinct from reported results. A project outcome is not a promise of identical results for every business.
Doza
Doza is free and requires a separate subscription choice. Articles provide marketing ideas and explanations. Their application should be considered in the context of your business.
Materials and contact
Our logo, writing and original materials belong to HIGH-UP ADS. Licensed footage and other resources retain their authors’ rights. Footage credits are available on the website. For enquiries, contact business@highuplabs.ro.
