HIGH-UP ADS / THE FULL COLLABORATION

Your ads, brand and store should be working towards the same thing.

We handle campaigns, creative, content and the buying experience within a plan we agree with you. You know what we are working on, what we are watching and why the direction changes.

See how the work happens ↓

You shouldn’t have to join every piece yourself.

An ad can create interest in a product its page explains poorly. An article can attract exactly the question the sales journey leaves unanswered. That is why we organise the work around the business and its buyer.

We choose what to promote and to whom. We work on the message and materials. We follow what happens after the click. We explain the decisions and agree what deserves work next.

DEMONSTRATION / NOT A CLIENT REPORT

Open the work in progress.

One example, from observation to decision. Explore what a priority, a test and a report explanation can look like.

The delivery question is still unanswered.

Illustrative observation: enquiries ask when the order arrives, but the product page does not say. Proposed priority: confirm the timing with the business and make it visible near the buying decision. The client confirms what they can deliver; we prepare the explanation and the agreed change.

THE FIRST 90 DAYS / PRIORITIES FOLLOW THE BUSINESS

Start with what needs understanding.
Continue with what deserves doing.

The start

We meet before we make a proposal.

After you send the form, we call. We talk about the business, introduce the team and explore what makes sense to build together. Your proposal follows the conversation; contract, NDA and access follow if you accept it.

Month 1

Put the first priorities into motion.

The first week is for learning quickly: the industry, buyers, strategy and first drafts, according to the agreed scope. We refine the work as we go. At month end we meet to discuss results and the next month.

Month 2

Make decisions from what we see.

Compare variants, read results and discuss the link between ads, pages and orders. The weekly report and monthly meeting should make the next actions clear.

Month 3

Put the result beside the objective.

Review against the agreed context. Decide what to extend and what to correct. If the agreed objective has not been reached by the end of month three, we work through month four without an agency fee to reach it.

WHAT EAGLE INCLUDES

The work behind the plan.

Campaigns on 3 platforms

Choose the relevant platforms and work on structure, creative and optimisation. Advertising spend is separate from the agency fee.

20 to 25 posts and Reels per month

Organic content aligned with the brand and marketing plan. The volume supports the plan; it does not replace choosing worthwhile subjects.

One filming session each month

Prepare filming around the materials needed. Location, production arrangements and the client team’s involvement are agreed together.

6 articles per month

Subjects relevant to buyers and the business. Content should explain, help people choose and have a clear role in brand communication.

Conversion experience optimisation

Prioritise changes in the buying journey. New websites, substantial integrations and automation are explicitly scoped in the proposal, with boundaries and responsibilities.

A strategist, weekly reporting and a monthly meeting

You have someone responsible for direction and a working rhythm for observations, decisions and what each side needs to provide.

You bring the business.
We get into the details.

We need a sound offer, fulfilment capacity, a working budget and someone able to respond and decide. Freedom to test comes with agreed limits and explanations.

We take responsibility for ideas, execution and decisions within the agreed scope. You confirm product, stock and operational information. Neither side should have to guess what the other needs.

A TAILORED PROPOSAL

Built around
your business.

First, we meet. We talk about the business, look at what you have tried and discuss the resources you can sustain. Then we send a proposal explaining the services, pace and fee.

The agreed fee stays fixed throughout the engagement. Advertising needs a budget of at least €2,000 per month, separate from our agency fee.

If we have not reached the agreed objective by the end of month three, we work without an agency fee in month four to reach it. Advertising spend remains separate. We agree the target, measurement and conditions before the engagement begins.
