HIGH-UP ADS / Marketing for travel businesses
From “where shall we go?”
to a clear booking.
What is included? Where does it depart? Who is it suitable for? When can I see the full price and availability? For an agency or operator, marketing should lead somewhere that answers these questions without a drawn-out conversation.
Promote the experience you can deliver.
We start with actual offers, dates, capacity and conditions. Visuals should fit the destination and be identified when illustrative. Footage from a different location should not be used to imply what a specific trip includes.
Enquiry or direct booking?
The product determines the journey. A standard trip may suit a clear booking flow; a tailored trip needs a useful enquiry. The traveller should know what happens next and the team should receive the information it needs.
What we track together.
We distinguish interest from suitable enquiries and confirmed bookings. We discuss value, advertising cost, cancellations and available capacity, adjusting campaigns around what can be sold and delivered during the period.
Discuss the operation as well as the destination.
For the first conversation, bring a few current offers, the booking process and recurring customer questions. We can then recommend advertising, page improvements or a separate digital project, with responsibilities clearly set out in the proposal.
A closer look at our work.
The projects are anonymised. Each separates the documented contribution from examples created for the presentation.
A separate project or part of an engagement?
We decide after reviewing the need, systems and work involved. Go, Fly and Eagle cover different levels of marketing support. Development or integration work has its own scope and estimate unless explicitly included.
