Working together

What we do.
What you get.
Where we start.

You do not need to choose a package on your own. First, we meet, look at the business and work out where we can help. Then we put forward a clear proposal with specific work to be done.

What kind of business do you run?

Good products. What is getting in their way?

We look at your ads, store, offer and actual orders. You may need one channel working properly, or a team to connect the whole marketing effort. We work that out before recommending a package.

Go

Get one channel working.

For a store that needs a focused, measurable start on one advertising platform.

The work includes

  • We choose Meta, Google or TikTok around your products, demand and budget, then build and manage the campaigns.
  • We produce ad copy and creative using the product material available, test different messages and use the results to decide what stays.
  • We check purchase tracking and the pages receiving traffic, then identify problems and useful fixes.
  • We work on the SEO foundations and prepare two articles a month. Your monthly report explains what happened and what comes next.

Sound familiar? You want to understand what one channel can deliver before spreading the budget.

Fly

Connect the ads to the store.

For a store that needs two channels, regular content and improvements along the path to purchase.

The work includes

  • We manage two advertising platforms and coordinate their messages, allocating the budget around the business.
  • We prepare ad creative and 12 to 16 social posts a month, agreeing the topics and source material together.
  • We prepare four articles a month and improvements to key pages. Conversion tests are used when traffic can support a useful conclusion.
  • You receive fortnightly reporting and a mid-month call, so useful changes do not wait until the end of the month.

Sound familiar? The store has traction, but your ads, content and website are pulling in different directions.

Eagle

A team for the whole picture.

For a store building a brand, with the budget, products and time for a closer working relationship.

The work includes

  • We work across three advertising platforms when the budget and strategy support it, and follow what happens in the store after the click.
  • We prepare 20 to 25 social posts and reels, six articles and one monthly photo/video production session, under the scope agreed in the proposal.
  • We connect the available advertising, store and channel data. AI helps with analysis; our team checks the explanation and makes the decisions.
  • You have a named contact, weekly reporting and a monthly strategy call. The work follows shared priorities.

Sound familiar? You want to discuss what your brand should become as well as what it needs to sell this month.

Bring the right people to your business.

For a restaurant, clinic or service business, a click is not a booking or a job. We look at enquiries, where they come from and what happens after first contact. Marketing needs to fit what your business can actually deliver.

Go

Help the right people find you.

For a business with one location or a defined service area that wants more relevant enquiries.

The work includes

  • We prepare local Google campaigns and Meta call or message campaigns around how your customers buy.
  • We work on your Google Business Profile and a clear service page covering what you do, where you work and how to contact you.
  • We track enquiries and calls where the setup allows, separating useful leads from unsuitable contacts.
  • We maintain the local presence, including a weekly Google profile post and a simple way to request honest customer reviews. We review results monthly.

Sound familiar? You want nearby customers to find the service and know what to do next.

Fly

Several services. One clear direction.

For a business promoting several services or offers that need distinct pages and messages.

The work includes

  • We build on the local campaigns and follow up with interested visitors where audience size and consent allow.
  • We prepare two or three pages for priority services or areas, taking visitors directly to what they searched for.
  • We maintain two weekly Google profile posts and review responses. Additional campaign types need a clear purpose.
  • We review lead cost and quality each month, adjusting pages, messages and target areas using your feedback.

Sound familiar? You have demand and want to grow the services that make sense for the business.

Eagle

Connect marketing to the day-to-day business.

For multiple locations, services or teams where marketing and enquiry handling need to work together.

The work includes

  • We coordinate campaigns and pages for the agreed locations and services, with a clear budget and objective for each area.
  • We improve tracking and the connection to your lead records, agreeing what counts as a qualified enquiry, booking and sale.
  • We set up response and follow-up processes, including review requests after delivery. Automation is used where it saves time without making the customer experience worse.
  • You have a named contact and a monthly strategy discussion covering enquiries, capacity and priorities.

Sound familiar? You need to know what happens to enquiries as well as how many the ads generated.

A completed form is only the beginning.

When you sell services to businesses, decisions take time. Your ads, website, sales response and proposal need to connect. We look at which conversations are worth continuing and what they teach us.

Go

Start with existing demand.

For a clearly defined service and an ideal customer we can describe precisely.

The work includes

  • We start with relevant Google Search demand and filter out searches that do not fit the service or its value.
  • We prepare one or two service and enquiry pages explaining the problem solved, who the service is for and what happens next.
  • We check tracking and ask for feedback on lead quality. A poor-fit enquiry does not become valuable because it was cheap.
  • We review enquiry cost and relevance weekly, using that feedback to adjust searches, messages and the page.

Sound familiar? You have a clear offer and want to reach the right businesses.

Fly

Keep the conversation moving.

For a sale that needs several conversations, useful information and follow-ups.

The work includes

  • We add LinkedIn when the audience and contract economics justify it. An extra channel needs to earn its place.
  • We prepare a five-to-seven-email sequence for contacts who have agreed to hear from you, addressing useful buying questions.
  • We connect enquiries to your sales records and agree qualification criteria, so sales can see where a lead came from and what they asked for.
  • Every two weeks, we review enquiries, calls and proposals, feeding the sales feedback into the next campaign decisions.

Sound familiar? You have leads, but too many disappear between initial interest and a serious proposal.

Eagle

Bring marketing and sales together.

For higher-value services and defined target companies, where the progress of each opportunity matters.

The work includes

  • We build marketing around the right companies and decision-makers, choosing channels around access, sales cycle and budget.
  • We connect campaigns to the CRM and sales stages, showing what contributes to qualified enquiries, calls and proposals, with attribution limits explained.
  • We prepare four articles a month and material addressing sales questions, drawing on the actual expertise of your team.
  • You have a strategic lead and a weekly discussion, keeping marketing decisions connected to what your sales team learns.

Sound familiar? You want the people creating demand and the people closing deals to work closely together.

What does it cost?
First, we need to understand the work.

The proposal separates our fee from your advertising budget. Advertising engagements start with at least EUR 2,000 a month allocated to the platforms. That is separate from the agency fee.

We set out deliverables, timing, objectives, what we need from you and any additional costs. The agreed fee stays fixed throughout the engagement. Any change in scope is discussed first.

The first month

First, let’s see if we are a good fit.

  1. Tell us a little about the business.

Fill in the form. We call you and, if the timing is not right, arrange a better time to talk. The form is an enquiry, not an automatic calendar booking.

  2. Meet the team and unpack the problem.

You meet the team. We look at your accounts, products, budget and previous work. We want to know whether we can work well together, as well as whether the budget fits.

  3. Receive our recommendation and proposal.

We explain what we would do, why and what it costs. Once agreed, we handle the contract, NDA and access. Your accounts remain yours.

  4. Week one: learn and prepare.

We get to know the industry, check the data and prepare the strategy, plan and first materials in scope. We agree who approves what and when.

  5. Launch, observe, adjust.

Testing continues through the first month. We finish with a strategy call: what we learned, where things stand and what changes next month.

We stand behind the work.
Including month four.

The first three months are paid. If we have not reached the agreed objectives by the end of that period, our agency work in month four is free under the proposal and contract. We keep working towards those objectives.

We agree the metric, data source, period and each side’s responsibilities at the start. That may be ROAS for a store or an appropriate qualified-enquiry target. Platform spend and third-party costs remain separate.

A few things worth clearing up.

What do you need from me?

We need the right access, accurate product and margin information, available material and feedback. You nominate an approver and we agree response times. We bring recommendations; business decisions are made together.

Do we need a new website?

That is not our starting assumption. First, we look at what can improve in the existing site. A new store, an application or a larger integration has its own estimate and written scope.

How does Eagle video production work?

Before production, we agree the location, products, shots and people involved. We can use shipped products, footage from your team or a local production partner. Travel, locations, talent and partner fees are specified in the proposal. US work is planned remotely; international travel is not included by default.

Do all platforms launch on day one?

Spreading a small budget across too many platforms does not help. The strategy sets the order. We explain what launches first, what comes later and why.

What if I do not know which package I need?

That is fine. Tell us what you sell and where you are stuck. Working that out is the point of the first conversation. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis.

Let’s work out
what makes sense for you.
