Electric scooter e-commerce in Sibiu. Average price 3,300 RON per unit. Running Google Ads for eight months with a previous agency. Weekly reports showed ROAS between 3 and 4. One day the founder looked at his bank statement and saw nothing was coming out. That's when the work started.

Travel agency from Argeș. 1.7 million lei in 12 months, starting from digital zero.

Small travel agency in Argeș. Six people, 45 packages in portfolio, prices between 800 and 4,500 lei per person. Mountain tours, weekend retreats, rural tourism in the villages under Iezer. 90% of sales came from word of mouth. The rest came from wherever, with no system.

EU fashion brand, under NDA. From 8 to 124 thousand euros a month, POAS 2.9.

When we came in, the brand was doing 8 thousand euros a month in Romania only. Catalog of 340 products, of which 329 sat unsold for months on end. Seven months later, 124 thousand euros a month across Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. We can't publish the technical details. Client asked us not to, and we agreed.
