Cleaning products / HIGH-UP ADS
Easier to find. Easier to choose.
Catalogue, navigation and Shopify work.
See what we did ↓We reorganised a Shopify catalogue, collections and descriptions. We corrected categories, duplicates and incorrect images, and worked on the theme and navigation.
The store knew its catalogue.
The shopper didn’t.
From inside a business, products can seem easy to find. You know their names, their categories and which photograph is correct. Someone arriving from an ad has none of that knowledge.
This project involved organising the store that received the traffic. The work covered collections, content and the images attached to products.
AN ILLUSTRATION OF THE PROBLEM
Start with the job at hand.
Where will you use it?
A category should lead to a useful selection. In this illustration, floors, windows and textiles do not disappear into one unexplained list.
What do you need to know before choosing?
Use, compatibility and limitations come before adjectives. Content needs checking against the product: a polished description of the wrong item is still wrong.
Are you seeing what you will actually receive?
Correcting an image is more than decoration. It checks that what shoppers see matches the product they are considering.
A HIGH-UP ADS demonstration. Illustrative content, independent of the client’s materials.
DELIVERED WORK
Collections and categorisation
We worked on product organisation and corrected unsuitable classifications. Store structure was treated as part of choosing a product.
Content and imagery
We worked on descriptions, cleaned up duplicates and replaced incorrect images with verified ones.
Theme and navigation
We worked on the Shopify theme and catalogue navigation. The contribution went beyond the advertising account and into the store itself.
Traffic lands somewhere. That place matters.
The aim was to put each product in the right category, with the right description and image. Those are the changes shown here; we have not published a measurement of their effect on conversion.
If people call your business to find a product already on the website, their search is worth following. The question you keep receiving often gives you a useful starting point.
