Can you find what brought you here?
First check: does the page continue the offer from the ad? Making people search for it again asks them to do work before giving them answers.

Diagnosing the journey from click to order.
See what we did ↓We analysed the journey between advertising and purchase for a food store. This case covers the diagnosis and recommendations, not the delivery of every proposed change.
When orders lag behind traffic, asking for more ads is tempting. We opened the store too, and followed the steps between the advertising promise and purchase.
The analysis identified the site’s conversion experience as an area to work on. It moved the conversation from a general request for traffic towards issues that could be examined in the store.

02 / AFTER THE CLICK
What do you get, how do you choose, and what are the order conditions? Those are buying questions. An appetising visual cannot answer them all.

Follow the journey on a phone, including delivery and payment. Reporting tells us where to look; walking through it shows what the customer encounters.
The recommendation was to work on store conversion. A useful plan for each issue should say what to check, who acts and how to assess whether the change helped.
This stage ended with the diagnosis and recommendations. Their implementation is outside the work documented here.
Before asking for another ad, shop your own store up to the payment step. What made you stop and look for an explanation?
