The short version

Marketplace sales were falling, but reviews showed that people wanted and appreciated the products. We proposed an online store of their own, built it and launched advertising on Meta, Google and TikTok.

We read the reviews.
And saw a different problem.

The client wanted to continue selling through the marketplace, even as sales there declined and the business became more dependent on the platform. Before discussing advertising, we looked at what buyers were saying.

The reviews pointed to home and decor products people sought out and valued. That gave us a reason to discuss another direction. A decline in one channel did not, by itself, explain the value of the products.

The products had
people who valued them.

The business needed
another way to reach them.

01 / THE CHANGE IN DIRECTION

We proposed an online store of their own.

The conversation shifted from continuing on the same platform to building a channel for the business itself. The recommendation started with the demand and appreciation visible in the reviews.

02 / THE CHANGE IN DIRECTION

We built it.

We created the website where products could be presented and bought directly. The change went beyond a recommendation.

03 / THE CHANGE IN DIRECTION

We launched across three platforms.

Meta, Google and TikTok advertising followed, during a collaboration running approximately from November 2025 to February 2026.

The business now had its own sales channel.

The new store began selling through its own campaigns. Products could be presented and purchased directly, with advertising across three platforms bringing people to the business’s website.

Sometimes the next direction is already in your customers’ words.

This story is based on the HIGH-UP ADS team’s account of the collaboration. We no longer have access to its advertising accounts, so we document the decision and contribution without numerical performance claims.

What matters is the starting point: reading customer responses before concluding that the products no longer had a place in the market. We then turned that observation into a store and an advertising plan.

What are your reviews telling you?

We look for more than useful lines for ads. We look for reasons to buy, things people value and recurring questions. Sometimes that is the beginning of a decision much larger than the next piece of creative.
